Not prioritizing yourself is a choice.
It’s a choice that is made out of scarcity, fear, lack, beliefs based in low self worth and more…
And if you want to break this cycle, you have to start choosing something different.
And, we all have the power to choose differently
Trust me, I get it. I know the fears & limiting beliefs can be LOUD and so convincing.
And so it’s your job to recognize when that fear voice pops up, when you’re taking action from a limiting belief, when you’ve already decided something won’t work, etc…
And instead, choose something different.
