The visionary founder of Rosalie Miles Alchemy Healing
I believe healing begins the moment you feel truly seen.
We all carry invisible weight, unspoken emotions, old stories, and the energy of experiences we’ve lived through. Sometimes, without realising it, they shape how we feel, how we move through life, and what we believe is possible for us.
My work is about helping you gently release what’s been holding you back, so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more yourself again. I hold space for you to breathe, to let go, and to remember your own strength.
My Journey
It took me years, and some deep personal shifts, to realise that looking after myself wasn’t selfish, it was essential. Discovering energy work changed everything. It gave me a way to release what I didn’t even know I was holding, and it reconnected me to my own inner calm.
For much of my life, I poured my energy into caring for others, my family, my loved ones, the people who needed me. But somewhere in that, I stopped listening to what I needed.
Over time, I began weaving together different approaches with my intuition, creating sessions that are never one-size-fits-all — because no two people are ever the same.

Healing for Your Mind, Body & Soul
I specialise in addressing emotional and energetic imbalances, offering a pathway not just to survive but to truly thrive.
My sessions combine intuition with powerful tools such as energy work, emotional healing, and wellness practices. Each session is personalised to what your body, mind, and spirit need in that moment.
I work both in person and remotely, and energy translates beautifully across distance, many clients tell me they feel the same powerful shifts and transformation whether we are together in a room or connecting online.
Alongside one-to-one sessions, I also offer wellness programs and group experiences, giving you different pathways to reconnect with yourself and step into lasting transformation.
I felt as though a huge weight had been lifted off me. For the first time in years, I felt calm, clear, and truly myself again.
